This one's special. Family of four wanted something modern but warm - didn't want their kids growing up in a cold box. We played with angles and light to create spaces that shift throughout the day. Floor-to-ceiling windows face north to catch that perfect indirect light, while the southern exposure's got smart shading that adjusts automatically.
The kitchen flows into the living area without feeling like one big echo chamber. Took some acoustic planning but we nailed it. Master suite on the second floor has this crazy skylight setup - feels like sleeping under the stars even when it's cloudy.

Corporate clients can be tricky - they want innovative but safe. We pushed them a bit and they're glad we did. Open concept but with plenty of quiet zones for when folks need to actually focus. The meeting rooms have these acoustic walls that look like art installations.
Natural light was non-negotiable. Every workstation gets daylight exposure, and we installed a circadian lighting system that adjusts color temperature throughout the day. Employee feedback's been incredible - productivity's up, sick days are down. Sometimes good design just works.

Client's a photographer, wanted something that'd wow clients and feel lived-in at the same time. We kept the industrial bones - exposed brick, concrete floors - but softened it with curved furniture and this insane custom lighting rig that mimics nebula formations.
Storage was a challenge in a loft this open. Built custom units that double as room dividers without blocking sightlines. The bedroom area's got this translucent screen with embedded fiber optics - looks like stars when lit up, disappears when you don't need it.

Sustainability project that actually looks good - that's rare. Solar tiles instead of panels, geothermal heating that's completely invisible, rainwater collection system that feeds the garden automatically. This place practically runs itself.
Interior's got that luxury feel without being wasteful. Reclaimed wood throughout, VOC-free everything, triple-pane windows that keep temps stable year-round. Energy bills are like 60% lower than comparable homes. Clients are basically living in the future.
